Hi from Japan, thanks for creating such a wonderful program.

It seems like when I set some waiting time before the program starts, it
automatically adds 9 hours, which is the time difference between GMT and
JST(Japan Standard time), which is why I believe it has something to do with
the timezone. 

As a test, I set ten seconds and had a go, and it gave me nine hours more as I
expected. 

It could be my misconfiguration, if you happened to have any idea why it was
brought about, I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
