Subject: docs w. utf-8 in httpheader, not in <HEAD> section

Hello,

Would it be feasible to let HTTrack create a <meta> tag for
utf-8 (or other charsets), if not already present in the
HTML source?
Of course for those sites to be mirrored that we create
ourselves, it would be easy to include the meta tag in the
<HEAD> section ourselves. For sites built by other parties
this is of course different.

I noticed in the forum archives that this issue has been
brought up before, but I did not find any definitive answer.

Is this possible (and would it be a good idea)?
