That's not a very nice question...

Yes, you get traced just as with normal browsing, or actually in all
likelyhood more because HTTrack will probably touch a lot more servers than
you normally do.

I really don't feel like helping for the other part of the question, maybe you
have good reasons but more likely not, and I'm not looking for trouble.
If it's just that you fear repercussions from a server owner who doesn't like
HTTrack, get in touch with him and ask kindly, it can work and is the right
way.
