You need to install the php.ini file on your server and update it with the
maximum download size. I have an assignment related website and I changed its
content a few days ago. I ordered an assignment from the study-clerk website
which I found on <https://studyclerk.com/do-my-assignment> online resource. When
I download my website on my local server to add this assignment on my website
then I faced the same error. Then I added a php.ini file on my local server
and fixed this error.
