I am very new to the net and have obtained your
software which is excellent...

I may be asking a very naieve question ? I am an AOL
subscriber and am connecting to the net then
minimising AOL, then running HTTrack. When I then
examine the downloaded web site all JPG files are
532bytes and are not viewable.
Is this a security measure on behalf of the web site ?
eg robots ? or is this some strange feature of AOL ?
Also is there a way to re-name down loaded files and
send them to a specific directory ? and what would be
the suggested parameters for downloading a web site so
as to respect bandwidth etc...?
Many thanks in anticipation and appologies for my
ignorance, but I am learning.....
