Took me a while to realise I had to scroll a distance to the right to find the
reply button. Further to my initial post, I attempted a new mirroring using
the same settings as per the original post but set the option "Spider >
Spider" to "no robot.txt rules" but this resulted in no change in my
predicament.

While setting up this new rip, I noted the "Experts Only" option of "Rewrite
links: internal / external" (no, I didn't adjust this option for the test
mentioned above). I've read the available information regarding this option in
the forum. Is this an option to solve my issue with images not appearing in my
mirrored web pages?
