OP here, I forgot to add, the GUI error log says:

"03:19:33 Error: "Tor is not an HTTP Proxy" (501) at link website.com/ (from
primary/primary) 
03:19:33 Warning: No data seems to have been transferred during this session!
: restoring previous one!"

I also tried adding in Privoxy configuration file this:
forward-socks5 / localhost:9050 .

Doesn't work.

Also, I don't even know what port Tor is using. Some people mention 9150,
others 9151, and poster above said 9050 for Privoxy, not sure if that should
be the same port... and some older posts mentioned 8118
