HTTrack is a powerful and useful tool, but I have found the filters generally
do not work as advertised.  I may specify only graphics files, but I still get
all sorts of HTM* stuff I do not want, just for example.

But I now want an entire website, and I have no idea what's in it.  Must I use
filters at all?  Nothing in the documentation tells me.  Do I just leave the
filters field blank?  Nothing tells me.  Do I use +*.*?  +*?  Nothing tells
me.  Do I have to imagine every possible file extension and specify them all? 
Nothing tells me.

In any event, I am getting nothing at all from the site I desire.  I just get
failure and nothing to help discern its cause.  I am unable to tell if I am
not using the tool properly, or if perhaps the site has technology to detect
and prevent its being downloaded in one fell swoop.

Two issues here.  Help?
