The first question is this. When I set the settings for external sites to 1,
only one external page does not download quickly, and the process freezes on
some page and the progress bar and download speed for it do not change and are
at zero. The Skip button is not active for this page (at first it was active
and I pressed Skip earlier, but this page appeared again and everything
stopped on it).
