thanks for the tool-info. I've tried it, but it
seems, that Unix2Dos can't handle wildcards.
README says the same "Win32 utilities to convert
single files ..."
So it's not working for me.

But found some free tools now, that provide
multi-line / multi-file Search&Replace.
 - WebWriter seems to be best (free for personal use, reg 
req.)
 - TextWiz more options but not as easy as WW (freeware)
not testet:
 - ReplaceEm 2.0 (freeware)
 - TFM Search and Replace 1.3 (freeware)
