I tried with a local server, and it works (version 3.23-b10)

Weird.. 


I am using the same build. A real world example would be to 
grab mbwin.bridges.com. If you click on any of the Career 
Information articles, then on a math or decision link you 
will see that the links at the bottom of the page (not the 
navigation) will not be correct, they go to an error page.
