The command line parameters are true. I must use '%%' to 
pass '%' to the program in *.bat file. I see the log file. 
It is correct

hts-log file:
(c:\\tools\httrack\httrack.exe -F "Mozilla/4.0 
(compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)" -N1 -I0 -C0 -o0 -%
P0 -%F " " -%l "en, *" <http://localhost/golden>-

+*.png +*.gif +*.jpg +*.css +*.js -%A 
php3,php,php2,asp,jsp,pl,cfm=text/html )

But httrack parses *.js files and changes some code 
fragments. It is really a bug.
