Has anyone here had experience with Zylox's Offline 
Commander and/or Internet Researcher?  How do they compare?
I purchased Internet Researcher from Zylox for $60, since I 
thought I'd have some technical support for that price.  
(In fact, their home page says, ""Registered users of 
Internet Researcher receive priority technical support!")

Well, I ran into a problem with Internet Researcher, and on 
June 11th I contacted them about it.  Obviously "priority" 
support does not mean next-day service, since I'm still 
awaiting a reply or at least an acknowledgment that they 
got my e-mail.

In the meantime, I'm wondering how what HTTrack does 
compares with what Offline Commander/Internet Researcher 
does.  

If anyone has had experience with both HTTrack and either 
of the Zylox products, I'd very much appreciate your 
comments on how they compare.  Thanks!
