There is no "scan" feature -- HTTrack will need to download 
all the HTML pages to find the JPGs.

What you can do though, is choose a "Local Site Structure" 
under "Build" options.  Use this to group all the images in 
one folder, and the other files in another.  When HTTrack is 
finished, you will have all the images in one place.
