K3 (--keep-links=3) does this, but with original URIs

You can not have modified (that is, local name) absolute 
URI - I don't know what it
could be useful for anyway ? (maybe for a local mirror with 
absolute URIs?)

Relative links should work almost everywhere, isn't it?
