This is not possible - except if you mirror the site 
per "chunks" (example: if the site has 16 sections, 
download each section one by one)

By the way, a solution to prevent such problem might be to 
reduce the mirror speed. Try to use 1 or 2 connections, and 
reasonnable bandwidth (10KB/s) ; many "anti offline 
browsers" systems are blocking excessive bandwith usage, 
but can let you download at a reasonnable speed.
