I would like to comment out some URLs in the URL list of a
project. For example, if I have a project called WWII and I
have one URL, I get the website for that URL. Then later, if
I add some URLs, I only want to get the new URLs, not the
original one (which is 70+mb). So I want to comment out the
original URL and get the files for the new URLs.
