Hi,
I try to create an offline version of my website but some 
files have encoded characters like %FC, %DC or %E4 in there 
names. This typ of URL works with all normal browsers like 
IE, Mozilla or Opera.
The HTML Code is <a href="%DCbersicht.html"> but HTTrack  
label the file Übersicht.html not %DCbersicht.html so the 
links don't work. I don't want to rename all files manually 
:(
