Either the site is delivering content based on browsers 
(Mozilla/IE for CSS/DHTML differences), or offline browsers 
are blacklisted.

In any cases, you can change the browser ID (Set Options / 
Browser ID), BUT before set reasonnable limits, such as 
10000 bytes/s for transfer rate, and 2 simultaneous 
connections only. It will prevent any remote overload 
problems.
