No - check out 'Set Options' / 'Scan rules' / 'Exclude 
links' / 'This folder name' : this is the place the string 
lies :)

The sentence is therefore wrong if you do not have the 
context ('This folder name') - but correct insise the 
WinHTTrack/WebHTTrack interface.
