Hello, excsue me for my english, i'm french :D
As I try to aspire a complex bond, it asks me to enter the
following configuration of the proxy:   

Proxy's address:
::1
Proxy's port:
3128 

My problem is at the level of the address.  Normally that
should be an address IP...  My question, is what somebody
knows of or comes the problem and especially, how to solve it.
