It would be nice to have input file for Options
But until then: 
  1. save settings in text file
  2. copy and paste them in

OR
  1. Set up a project called blank
  2. Make 2 copies of it
       (1 master, 1 copy)
  3. Use a copy of blank to start projects 
   (use contents of blank to start projects)
   (copy then rename directory before starting)
