The problem is purely theoratical, not one bit technical 
(well, and then some)! php DYNAMICALLY GENERATES AND 
PROCESSES HTML ON THE SERVER SIDE. Therefore, since you 
are not running it on a webserver, it WILL not work. 
However, you can try installing a webserver yourself with 
PHP*, like apache, the try what the guy before me said.

*Available whereever you get opensourceware!
