Hmm, a bit tricky.  I would suggest trying two start URLs:

<http://www.dementiadesigninfo.org/>
<http://www.dementiadesigninfo.org/search.asp?range=0&spaces=1,%202,%203&needs=1,%202,%203,%204,%206,%207>,
%208,%209,%2010,%2011,%2012

The second URL is a 'canned' search of all Spaces and Needs, 
and HTTrack should crawl through all the result pages and 
get the records.
