In fact it is not randomizing url excaltly but just random 
the delay before downloading each file (the order of the 
files will be the same than before).
To give you a better idea it is in a way, to render the 
downloading as if it was done by a human in front of his 
computer. So from time to time asking this page than this 
other,...
