I have tried 7Zip and had 2 problems:

- Files downloaded from URL with no filename (like 
<http://www.bla.com/test/>), stored locally as index.html are 
not displayed in the ZIP file.

- Crashes and/or corrupts ZIP file when deleting some files 
froma large ZIP.

Haven't heard of ICEOWS though.
