Hmmm..., sorry, no idea, then.  I suppose it might not 
really be logical to create an index if only one page is 
saved....

If you really need an index, perhaps you should set the 
levels to 1, then delete the extra files.  Another way 
might be to copy an index from another mirror, then replace 
the link in the html.
