| | Hi all!
This is my first message on this forum. I wish you all a
happy new year :-)
I'm a beginner on Linux administration... I have a dedicated
server where I want to install HTTrack. My server runs on a
Debian distribution.
I understood that I should type these 2 lines to get and
install the last version:
apt-get update
apt-get install webhttrack
(the GUI version).
Could you tell me before where I should go (which directory)
before typing that? I think I could go to /usr/local/ ?
Actually, I tried on /usr/local/ with the first line (%
apt-get update) and I got a lot of error messages...
Thank you for your help, it would be much appreciated.
Best,
Pierre (french people) | |
