Just a note, JM: this filter does not do anything and would 
not need to be included (the other filters are correct):

That URL is already the project's start address so HTTrack 
WILL mirror it, regardless of filters.  Also, a more correct 
format for this would be:

+www.discussanything.com/forums/showthread.php?*t=49118*

You would only need to add a filter like this is you wanted 
to ALSO mirror a page linked from that thread.  So say 
thread 49118 linked to 16029 then you might add:

+www.discussanything.com/forums/showthread.php?*t=16029*
