Not everyone uses httrack as a pure mirror-- otherwise there
wouldn't be all those different build options (e.g. html in
x, images in y)

My problem is in dupe filenames where i have to preserve the
order of each individual sequence (i.e. having 001.jpg and
001-1.jpg won't do-- it interpolates all the sequences into one)
