When I do this (see subject line) it takes up to 3 hours, 
sometimes more to reload the cache. Sometimes there is no 
activity at all. I am behind a NAT router and I'm 
wondering if this is the cause. Or perhaps a setting 
somewhere? Once the cache has loaded and it eventually 
resumes, it downloads fine without a hitch. 3 hours to 
resume from 60Mb downloaded is a tad too long don't you 
reckon?
