Did you put the password using the <http://foo:bar@address> 
syntax ? This forum appears to require form-based 
authentication, that is, someting requiring the "Add 
URL"/"Capture URL" feature, after clearing all your 
cookies. As usual, this might work, or not, depending on 
the remote authentication scheme complexity.
