This is a warning from the engine, after UCS-2 -> 8bit 
conversion (UCS-2 should not be used on the net, as UTF-8 
is the safest standard)

httrack can not yet convert UCS-2 files to native UTF-8 
(I'll have to implement this feature one day), and 
therefore some accents might be lost.
