I'm trying to mirror www.yutopian.com and the transfer rate
gets progressively slower with only 1 active connection. It
feels like it's having problems parsing a file or retrieving
links from it.

I'm using version 3.3 with default options (Win XP Pro SR 1)
and all other sites I've tried are OK.

Might this be some kind of bug?
