Yes and no. HTTrack, by default, follows all links on
sites. If there are unprotected links such as 'delete this
page', httrack will follow them -- and the server will
delete the content.
But this is a serious design bug on the content management
system: invariant URLs (URLs that cause content to be
modified) MUST be POST actions (not followed by robots such
as httrack, or search engines) and NOT regular links.
