Generally, due to javascript code which wrapps the 
mouse click - or images put in another location 
(example: www.foo.com and images at images.foo.com)

In the second case, use filters, such as +*.gif, but 
for the first one, there isn't any real solution 
(complex javascript code is very hard to handle - the 
only solution would be to include a full browser 
engine (heavy........))
