I've found it at last. It's an "Address List" text file
named "CRASH.txt", and was tucked away in my root folder. 
Should Monsieur Roche wish to know, the contents are:

'HTTrack 3.33.18 closed at '\Dev\htsback.c', line 208
Reason:
assert failed: !inthash_exists((inthash)sback->ready, itemback->url_sav)'
