Wish I could, but I can't. I tested using not an individual
URL, but a URL list containing a representative selection
of file types *.txt, *.js, *.css, *.jpg, *.mpg, *.doc,
*.pdf, etc...

However, you did touch on something. I usually try
to update a mirror at least several times in succession,
using the same, and then a slightly modified, URL list.
