Hi, thank you for the reply. I found out this is caused from service pack 2 in
xp. Someone actualy gave me a registry fix for it that worked. Here is the
original message just in case you would like to know how.

XP SP2 automatically block active content when viewing pages locally. 

Go to 'Start' and 'Run...' then type REGEDIT to bring the registry editor.
Navigate to the following key... 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Lockdown_Zones\0 

Change the settings for '1400' and '1200' to 0 
Do the same in this key as well... 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Zones\0 

Now it should take care of it.
