Continue=Continue interrupted ('paused') mirror, that 
is, quickly rescan all structure and then continue 
from where the engine was before

Update=Recheck ALL files remotely to find any new 
updated files, including all files downloaded, useful 
for finished mirrors that has to be updated regularly
