It could not be a servlet problem, nor an HTTrack
problem for that matter. Servlet plays on the server,
but HTTrack, like browser, is just the client.

Pay attention to the inclusions and exclusions in 
your "scan rules". For example, should "-*logoff" 
not be -*logoff* instead? What file types
are the "generated images (diagram grafics)". Do you
therefore need to include *.jpg, *.gif, *.ppt, *.png?
Also pay attention to your link-depth and MIME settings.
