Ok...but to set things clearer, although the default
http protocol, in the engine, is "http"....it can still
dowload "https" linked files, right ? Therefore my need to
know if the link is "http" or "https" in "new.txt"

BTW, where is the TODO file ? It isn't shipped with the
sources, AFAIK.
