Can httrack mirror a site that has a 'download timer'?i.e. If you view x pages
in x seconds, your IP is banned for a few minutes.

If you can, how do you go about doing it? Lowering the download speed, number
of connections, etc.? Or is there a more exact way to do it thats fool-proof.
