Hello! I'm sure this program can help with this website, but I for the life of
me can't figure it out.  This site house a plethora of picture files related
to Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath.  I want desperately to have all these
photos available for future viewing for me and my children, but things sure
have got difficult with this site.  Here is an example link from this page:

By clicking this link, a new window will pop up that has thumbnails on the
bottom with the main picture set above the thumbnails.  I can't figure this
page out.

Any help is appreciated!!!!
