If I cancel a download which I plan to resume later, then it seems OK when I
use Continue Interrupted Download. 'Repositioning' takes a while - I
understand this - but the main screen shows a large number of files as being
Updated.
The site in question is stable - hasn't changed in months.

What does the Files Updated mean in this situation?For example, 
Files Written: 500
Files Updated: 240(48%)
The Updated figure seems to go up very slowly all the time - it's reached 59%
in this 'resume' session.
I'm using v3.3
