I mean the local index.html file that httrack normally creates (not the files
that it downloads). Httrack creates it in the directory from which httrack is
run (not in the subdirectories with downloaded files). The file has the title
"Local index - HTTrack Website Copier" and redirects to the downloaded files. 


In the example that I showed, the file is not created.
