If the forum thread is counted by its lats number you win. 

ie 57210 is first page of thread, 57211 is second one and so on - put address
into txt editor, copy it so many times as you need according the number of
pages in thread and adjust numbers. I think in Linux enviroment here also
exists way how to derive numbers automatically.
