Potential feature request:
Maybe writing a simple html wrapper for each flash page is the answer --
leaving the links in the swf untouched, but modifying the wrapper links.  It'd
be non-ideal but functional.  And you wouldn't have to back engineer an
understanding of the compiled code in the swf.
