Well, I generally delete all off-topic content, but unfortunately the
mailing-list is connected in realtime, and the spam will be visible by ML
readers.

Note that the rel="nofollow" attrribute yet greatly limit the spam (you can't
use anymore the forum to boost the ranking of websites :p)
