I'm trying to download the Lord of the Rings folders from this forum site:

I've read up on downloading php forums and had success by using these
filters:

-*
+*.jpg +*.gif +*.png +*.css +*.js
+forum.trek-rpg.net/showthread.php*
+forum.trek-rpg.net/forumdisplay.php*

Unfortunately this tried to download all the folders and messages on the site
(too big- had to cancel the job) including the Star Trek ones, which I don't
want. I only want the Lord of the Rings messages. 

Is there a fix for this? Can I download only messages that are accessible from
a certain webpage? For instance, can I download only the messages accessible
from the folders on this page:
<http://forum.trek-rpg.net/forumdisplay.php?f=23>
